One night, at the borders of the magical universe, on a desolate planet, appears on top of a cliff one silhouette hidden under a cloak. Plus one other...and again another...
Soon, they are six mysterious figures who fight the winds of the dark night. They are guided by a small light, that flickers over a large building with a pointed roof.
"Hagen's pagoda!" murmurs the first silhouette.
"No one's there to welcome us? How rude, this Hagen is," exclaims the second while entering by the window.
Once inside, the third yells in fright. A dozen armed guards had pointed their swords at them!
"What curious soldiers," the fourth one is surprised, attacking back with energy. "They look like mechanical robots!"
"That doesn't mean that they're not dangerous!" points out the fifth.
"Enchantix!" screams the last one while pulling off her cloak.
They are in fact the fairies Bloom, Stella, Flora, Tecna, Musa and Layla, who form the Winx Club. Against the robots, each one of them unleashes their favourite spell: dragon's fire, sunray, jungle attack, magnetic storm, sound shield...
Finally, thanks to their teamwork, the robots are defeated. Their maker emerges, furious. He is the blacksmith Hagen, a rumpled giant. But before he could cast his spells on the fairies, a newcomer intervenes, breathless and terrified.
"Still as undiplomatic, Hagen!"
"Miss Faragonda!" exclaims the Winx, recognising the headmistress of Alfea, where they studied.
The blacksmith could not believe his eyes.
"Yes, it's been centuries since we last saw each other," the headmistress explains.
"Since the Company of Light disbanded...Faragonda, you are..."
"Older than the last time," the headmistress acknowledges with humour. "You too, Hagen. Luckily, with age, comes a little bit of wisdom...put down your sword, you are being visited by the princess of Domino."
She points to Bloom, the redheaded fairy of the Winx Club.
"The daughter of Oritel and Miriam*..." exclaims Hagen. "Alive? I thought that she was..."
"No. Bloom had been saved. She grew up on Earth with adoptive parents. Now, she is looking for her biological parents. Hagen, I think it is time that you accepted a very old invitation to Alfea..."
"Fine," grumbles the large man. "What can I not do for the princess of Domino..."
